Refund Eligibility:

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• You request a refund before the initial draft or artwork preview is delivered.
• You cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and before any work has commenced.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• After any version of the artwork (draft, sketch, or final) has been delivered for correction, revision, or approval.
• If you fail to respond to communication or revision requests within 14 days, the project will be considered completed and non-refundable.
• For digital downloadable products, prints, or merchandise purchased through the site, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Revisions Policy:

We offer complimentary revisions based on the selected service tier to ensure your vision is fully realized. Once artwork is sent for corrections, we consider the creative process to be in progress, and refunds are no longer applicable.

Exceptional Cases:

In rare circumstances, and at our sole

discretion, a partial refund may be granted if the project cannot be completed due to internal limitations or unforeseen challenges on our end.
